Can I send in an order I placed on the TAG USA website to you?
Yes! You can mail in or drop off your TAG USA submission to us at 6760 Davand Drive, Units 8-9, Mississauga, ON L5T 2L9.
Will the new portal be designed specifically for Canadian collectors?
Yes. The goal is to create a smoother experience tailored for Canadian customers, making the submission process simpler and more accessible.
What are dynamic turnaround times?
Dynamic turnaround times are launching soon with the new submission portal. Instead of a fixed estimate, turnaround times will update in real time as orders are received, so you'll see the current turnaround for each service before you submit. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
How long does it take for me to receive an invoice once my package is delivered?
You will be invoiced within 24 to 48 hours of us receiving your submission.
How long does it take for an order to appear on my TAG portal?
Once payment is made for your TAG Canada submission, we will add it to your account within 7 days.
Will my cards be graded within Canada?
The grading process starts in Canada at our Mississauga facility, but orders are shipped to TAG Headquarters and back.
